Do you have locker rooms and showers?We don’t have traditional locker rooms, but we do offer 5 private, single-person restrooms and 3 individual showers for client use. Towels are provided, so you can freshen up before or after your workout with ease.

How is personal training priced at PCPT?Personal training pricing at PCPT is trainer-specific. All trainers are independent contractors who set their own rates and are paid directly by their clients. Most one-on-one sessions start at around $80 per hour, with rates increasing based on the trainer’s experience, specialty, and certifications. Some trainers offer package deals or semi-private sessions (2–4 people), depending on time and space availability. We’re happy to help you find someone who aligns with your goals, availability, and pricing preferences.

What services does PCPT offer to support recovery, mobility, and overall wellness?We offer a range of services to help you move better, recover faster, and feel your best including sports massage, physical therapy, assisted stretching, and muscle activation therapy. We also provide nutrition coaching to support your goals from the inside out. Whether you're managing soreness, recovering from injury, or maximizing performance, we’ve got you covered.

Who are the trainers at PCPT, and what are their qualifications?PCPT is home to over 50 certified personal trainers, many of whom have been in the industry for 20 to 30+ years. All trainers are independent contractors and certified professionals, and most hold additional credentials in areas like: Massage therapy Physical therapy Yoga and Pilates Kettlebell and Olympic lifts Functional and circuit training Strength and conditioning Corrective exercise Adaptive fitness and special populations We take pride in professionalism and continuous education, and we use a thoughtful trainer-matching process to connect each client with a coach who fits their goals, needs, and preferences.

Can PCPT accommodate clients with injuries, medical conditions, or specific needs?Yes—inclusive fitness is one of our top priorities. Many of our trainers are certified in corrective exercise, adaptive fitness, and post-rehab training. We’re experienced in working with clients managing everything from past injuries and chronic conditions to neurological challenges or specific mobility limitations. With the right trainer and support system, every person deserves the chance to feel strong and capable—and that’s exactly what we provide.

Do you offer any additional services or amenities?In addition to one-on-one training, we also offer yoga, Pilates, HIIT classes, sport-specific training, physical therapy, sports massage, and more. We’re conveniently located next door to Katy Trail Cryo, where you can access cryotherapy, infrared sauna, Normatec recovery, and additional services. As a PCPT member, you’ll receive a discount on their offerings.

How does the trainer matching process work at PCPT?We want every client to feel confident and supported from day one. That’s why we use a personalized trainer-matching process that considers your: Fitness goals (e.g., weight loss, strength, rehab) Injuries or specific physical needs Training style and personality preferences Availability and schedule Budget We have a form on our website where new clients can share what they’re looking for. Once submitted, a team member will review your info and match you with the right trainer based on expertise, price, and availability.

What if I need to pause or cancel my membership?You can cancel your membership at any time, no cancellation fees required. We just ask that you provide a 30-day notice, which you can do by calling us, emailing us, or speaking with one of our front desk associates. If you’re on a 6-month or yearly membership, you also have the option to pause your membership if you're traveling or need time away. Many of our clients place their memberships on hold during the summer or for extended trips. We’re happy to accommodate your schedule.
