Hi - my name is Laura! 

I am a Certified Personal Trainer of 4 years with a specialty in Embodied Exercise - a form of utilizing movement to connect to the wellbeing of the whole individual, rather than just the aesthetic benefits. I am passionate about making fitness something that adds TO your life, rather than something that you need to restrict and sacrifice for. 

My love of movement started as a competitive swimmer of 10+ years. After leaving the sport on a competitive level, I continued swimming through masters swimming and various swimming clubs, as well as coaching. I also found weight training and boxing, and fell in love with these styles of training. I have experience in a wide variety of modalities, including: strength training, HIIT & circuit training, swimming, boxing, and mat-based Pilates.
